The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.
Currently items with premade designs will be ready for dispatch within 3 working days.
Any
personalised
items will be ready for dispatch within
5 working days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Due to the pandemic, our delivery time scales are longer then normal.
Here is a rough guide:
UK - 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-4 weeks
North America: 6-8 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 6-8 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-8 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 6-8 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 6-8 weeks
Your parcel may arrive sooner, however, we cannot guarantee this.

Customs & Import Taxes
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Payment Options
Buyers can purchase our products online using Paypal or Debit/Credit Card.
Buyers can purchase using Cash or Debit/Credit Card when we are selling at local craft fayres.
We do not currently offer payment plans.
Returns & Exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Item returned by: due to the pandemic, we will allow the same timeframe for items to be returned to us as we have for our delivery times.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
NB: In the event of a faulty item, please provide clear photographs in order for us to proceed with the refund/exchange.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged (unless the items are faulty)
- Custom or Personalised Items
- Any items that are in a sale
Conditions of Return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do we do designs without Sign Language?
We do not do any designs that do not include Sign Language on them as it is part of our core values.
Can we create designs using personal pictures?
At this present time, we do not include any personal pictures on any of our products.
